Performance Guarantee

We are confident you will love Parks Golf products. If TRX golf balls are not for you, send them back within 30 days for a full refund. No restocking fees, no questions asked.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Golf balls must be in resalable condition (at least 11 of 12 balls unused). Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Forged iron heads must be unused and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label for qualifying returns within the continental US.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest turnaround time.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: gift cards, custom or personalized products, items marked as final sale, and worn or washed apparel.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Wholesale and Bulk Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders may be subject to different return terms outlined in your wholesale agreement. Please refer to your agreement or contact your account representative.
